ANIMAL FATS/OILS
Bio Tech has innovated a new fuel approved by the UK's Road Transport & Fuel Obligations body, called 'Poultry Feather Acid Oil (PFAO)'. Bio Tech is the only ISCC certified producer of this product.
Animal fats/oils can range from 0.5%-15% FFA, which our refinery is capable of processing.
ACID OILS
Waste based acid oils include; Palm Acid Oil (PAO), Palm Fatty Acid Distillate (PFAD), Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME), Rapeseed Acid Oil (RAO), Sunflower Acid Oil (SAO) etc.
Waste acid oils may have FFA up to 70%, which our refinery is capable of processing
USED COOKING OIL (UCO)
Used Cooking Oil is a product derived from vegetable oils. It is the resultant of vegetable oil that has been used to cook food and thereby becomes injurious to consume by humans, once used more than two times.

GREASE TRAP OIL
Brown/Yellow Grease is collected in a grease trap of a restaurant after the consumption of food. It is the grease that is leftover from food consumption.
Yellow grease has an FFA of approx. 20% and Browngrease can have an FFA of up to 90%, both of which our Refinery is capable of processing.
FISH WASTE OIL
Waste fish oils are the result of pressing fish waste.
Our refinery is capable of processing this fish waste oil into Bio Diesel
DATE PIT OIL
Research has been done into the production of Bio Diesel from date pit oils.
After successful sample testing of the feedstock, we are able to produce Bio Diesel from this feedstock.
